Your Inspector License #AAA0010767 Did you know that the state of Florida has no license requirements for inspectors, with the exception of Charlotte County? That's correct, the only county in Florida that requires a license to inspect a home is Charlotte County. This license is difficult to obtain. To qualify, you must carry insurance, have three years experience in the inspection or related industry and have passed the National Home Inspector's Exam with a higher than average score. Passing this exam requires a large financial, as well as educational commitment.
